How am I different from a regular gym trainer?

As a personal trainer, I provide one-on-one attention and customized workout plans tailored to your individual needs and goals. Different from a gym trainer, I come to your home or whichever location you prefer, at a time that works on your schedule, rather than being beholden to a schedule at a brick and mortar. I also offer nutritional guidance and meal planning to help you achieve your desired results. Using my specialty in deep health coaching, I prepare a holistic plan and approach, rather than walking through the gym floor and creating a machine circuit.

What kind of services do I offer?

I offer personal private training 1:1, semi private sessions, group classes, deep health coaching [which includes 1 personal training session and 1 coaching session]. I offer meal planning and nutrition guidance. You can view all of my offerings and prices under the 'Plans & Pricing' tab!

What types of equipment do I recommend for home workouts?

I recommend equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands, stability balls, and kettlebells for home workouts. However, I can provide effective workout plans even without any equipment. Contact me for personalized recommendations based on your fitness goals and home setup!

Don't forget -- I bring equipment for our sessions with me, all you may want to have on hand is a yoga or exercise mat!
